When enrolled in this program, you may receive the following breast and cervical cancer screening services:
Pelvic exam
Pap test
Clinical breast exam
Screening mammogram
Heart disease and diabetes screening
You may be eligible for this program if:
You’re female
You don’t have insurance
You’re 21-74 years old
You’re a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
You fall within this income level:

To begin the enrollment process, fill out the Healthy Lifestyle Questionnaire below to determine what services are best for you. Be sure to answer all questions to the best of your ability. Skipping questions could delay your health screenings.
If you’re not eligible for the screening program, you may be eligible for the EWM Diagnostic Program if you’re needing further diagnostic services (diagnostic mammogram, ultrasounds, breast biopsies, colposcopies, etc.). If you’re in need of assistance paying for an office visit so that you can receive counseling and STI/STD testing, EWM can assist. EWM does not pay for STI/STD testing.
